Community Questions
A moderated space where registered GlassFisch users will ask practical questions about survey design, fieldwork and data quality. It is not open yet.
- Not open yetQuestions cannot be submitted, and nothing on this page collects or stores information.
- ModeratedEvery question will be reviewed before anyone else can see it.
- Your GlassFisch accountQuestions will be asked with your existing GlassFisch sign-in, not a separate account.
No community questions yet
No questions have been submitted or published. Until Community Questions open, the Knowledge Hub covers common questions about questionnaire design, fieldwork and data quality.
From a private question to a public one
- 01AskSign in with your existing GlassFisch account and write a clear title, the details of your question and a topic.
- 02Private reviewOnly you can see your question while a moderator reviews it. You can withdraw it at any time.
- 03Moderation decisionA moderator approves it for public view, asks you for an edit, or declines it with a reason. Nobody can approve their own question.
- 04Public questionApproved questions appear on this page, listed by topic.
- 05Ongoing careSigned-in users can report a public question. Moderators can hide content that breaks the community guidelines, and every decision is recorded.
Articles and community questions are different
Knowledge Hub articles are written by the GlassFisch team and reviewed before publication. Community questions will come from registered users and describe their own situations; they are not official GlassFisch guidance. Answers from the GlassFisch team will follow the same review rules as articles.
Before a question becomes public, a moderator will check that it contains:
- no personal information and no respondent data;
- no confidential customer or project material;
- no confidential GlassFisch product details;
- no security-sensitive procedures;
- no unverified claims presented as how GlassFisch works;
- no spam, misleading or abusive content.
Keep personal and confidential information out
When Community Questions open, please do not include:
- personal information about yourself or anyone else;
- respondent data such as names, phone numbers, locations, ID numbers or individual answers, including in screenshots;
- confidential files, client or customer information, or unpublished results;
- passwords, access links, keys or other security details.
Use invented or anonymized examples instead. They are usually enough to get a useful answer.
