GlassFisch Technologies respects the privacy of visitors to the GlassFisch website. This notice explains what information may be processed when you visit our public website, explore our products and research resources, or contact us by email.
It applies to the public website at glassfisch.com. It does not govern customer research projects, survey responses, or personal information processed within the GlassFisch application. Separate platform-wide privacy and contractual documents will apply to those services when they become available.
2. Information we collect
Information generated when you visit. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser/device and user-agent information, URLs requested, request date and time, referring URLs when provided, and security-related request information.
Information you choose to send. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry and attachments. We use it to respond and continue relevant correspondence.
Knowledge Hub searches. Search and filtering operate in the browser. Search terms may appear in a page URL and be processed by the hosting provider when that URL is requested, reloaded or shared.
The website has no forms, accounts or sign-in, and it does not collect research respondents' survey data.
3. How we use information
We process relevant information to operate, maintain and secure the website; deliver requested pages and resources; understand aggregate website traffic; respond to business, product and privacy inquiries; investigate technical problems or misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, popular pages, approximate visitor locations, referrers and device/browser types. It sends limited page-view information to Vercel without using tracking cookies. We do not use advertising trackers or session-recording tools. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information to deliver and protect the website.
5. Service providers and email handling
We use Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Cloudflare for DNS and incoming email routing, and Google Gmail as the destination inbox for messages forwarded to our official email addresses. These providers may process request data or correspondence in connection with their services. We may disclose information as required by law or where necessary to protect the website's security or legitimate rights.
6. Retention and international processing
We retain email correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to address the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes or fulfill applicable legal obligations. Hosting and infrastructure providers may retain technical logs in accordance with their configured settings and service terms.
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information, as well as rights relating to data portability or complaints to a supervisory authority. Contact privacy@glassfisch.com to make a request. We may seek reasonable verification before disclosing or modifying personal information.

The website may contain links to independent external websites. Their own privacy policies govern their practices.
9. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice when the website, services, providers or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version with its effective date.
